Distinguished Journalist Fergal Keane to close 2024 Festival

We are thrilled to announce award-winning journalist and author Fergal Keane will close the 2024 festival.

Fergal is one of the BBC'S most distinguished correspondents, receiving multiple awards for his reporting, including the Emmy, BAFTA, and George Orwell Prizes for literature. Fergal will be joined by Longford native and reporter Fran McNulty, and they will discuss Fergal's remarkable career and his memoir The Madness, among other things.
